Portion seventeen. The Division shall retain records of the admission, procedure and periodic evaluation of all persons admitted to amenities beneath its supervision. These types of data shall be non-public and never open to community inspection except (one) upon appropriate judicial order whether in reference to pending judicial proceedings, (two)
